Hi guys,
How can I get the Internet Explorer shortcut make a modem connect?
My brother & a friend both have a speedtouch 330 usb modem, and to connect to the internet they have to goto Start\programs\speedtouch\usb modem. Then, once connected, they have to open Internet Explorer.
My shortcut automatically starts the connection process, but I cant resolve there problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I know there must be a really simple explenation to this!

there should be radio buttons with options like:
never dial connection
dial when not present
always dialChoose one of the last 2 options to have the computer automatically dial when IE opens up

Thats correct "Dial when connection not present" is what you want.....

I'm pretty sure that always dial is currently ticked.
if always dial is selected then it should come up with the connection window when you open IE
