I have another computer here that will not connect to the network. I was thinking that it might be the settings, so I changed them to the corrdct ones and it still does not work.
There is a light on the back indicating that there is a connection, but no activity.
Ideas?

First, you need to be sure that the connection is really ok.
Try a ping from your machine to the other and then in the other way.
(for example : ping 192.168.0.2)
Then tell us what this gives you.

Okay, this is freaky. I just turned the thing on and then put in the password and it worked.
But there was an error message: Error 53 I think
