My modem keeps losing connection with the cable.I have used a splitter for the tv and computor.But seems to lose connection even if the tv isn't on,any advice would be more then welcome.Anne

Call your providor get them to do a thourough line test, it could be a faulty line.:sad:

Call your providor get them to do a thourough line test, it could be a faulty line.:sad:
Or a fault with the modem. Either way, your provider can narrow down the culprit with the line test. Also- they don't need to send a tech to you or anything complicated; they just run the test from their end.
