cant access web site

Hi, this is my 1st post here so here it goes. my friend had a business web site , domain name and email. But he can not access the email or view the web site from his 2 computers at his place. but i can view the web site from my place. his internet works fine, he can get all other pages to load such as google etc. Can anyone offer advice on what to check? I have been told by a freiend it is a DNS issue and it will fix its self in a few hours. Any help would be appreciated. His has 2 PC's, 1 running Vista and 1 running XP, no firewall being used except Window firewall, both have AVG Free, which updated with no problems.

ipconfig /flushdns
if still does not work, check for adware and spyware in the machine.

tell him to change his DNS in IPconfiguration window
from Automatic to this DNS
207.69.188.188
it will work fine for him
