I work in a university and I have of late installed wampserver 2.2 and it ran for about a month latter on become inactive, in that I can't load localhost even after restarting all services. What must have happened and what can I do to reactivate it?

Posting Whiz in Training
Skype runs on the same port. A fix/workaround is close skype, load up Wampserver. Wait for the logo to go green and then re-open skype
