I am looking to meet a freelance programmer who can translate Photo Shop designs into compliant XHTML, CSS sites utilizing Web 2.0 effects, CMS. I am looking for someone who I can easily communicate with.

Hey 2bu,

Have you thought about placing your project description on a website like <<url snipped>> ? This would certainly generate lots of responses from interested software developers, and would allow you to compare their portfolios and costs as well.
