Is there a way to use my vbox's OS on my second monitor like a totally different computer?

I extended the current display to the secondary display(my other monitor) then dragged the win xp window of vbox to my second monitor. So the vbox's guest OS is in my second monitor. So my vbox os(xp) is shown on the 2nd monitor nicely like a window, not in full screen mode. When I switch to full screen,it comes back to my original display ! I want to use Vbox in my 2nd monitor with full screen. Is there a way?

my primary monitor is the laptop monitor (LCD 15.6 ) .extra monitor is 17" CRT

You should be able to do this. Are you running the latest version of Virtual Box? Are the latest version of the guest addins (tools?) installed? If you don't have a specific reason to choose Virtual Box over VMware, you could try VMware player. In my experience, VMware has been much more stable for running virtual machines.
