Hey again! Can someone out there refer me to a good free antivirus program. I know of a few but not sure which would be best. I've used AVG and EZtrust-- either of those? or another one? Thanks, Debi

I keep getting a message that says backdoor.ranky has been found and unable to access or repair. Please tell me how to get rid of this pest!!
