Heres my problem. I have a form. I set it to be topmost. It works. Then I put one of my desktop shortcut bars to be "always on top". now, even though my form is covering the whole screen, it is not covering that shortcut bar. Is there anyway in C# to disable the topmost feature of everyother shortcut bar and application?
The shortcut bar is highlighted in the attached jpeg.
