Why is it that when I split a table into different rows they will only get about 10 pixels in height from eachother unless I put an object smaller than that in the space? How can I make that space about 3 pixels? Preferably using css.

Could someone please help me? I can't figure out why this site is giving a horizontal scrollbar at lower resolutions? All of my tables use percentage widths instead of absolute?? It would be great if someone could take a looksie at the html and see if they could figure it …

Hello, I am having problems displaying a background image in ie. In firefox it looks perfect, but in ie I am having problems displaying the image, it doesn't display at all.
