The dll is in the directory specified in the apache2.2 configuration file. Yet restarting the apache server generates this error message: "httpd.exe : syntax error on line 128 of C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2…/conf/httpd.conf : Cannot load c:/php5/php5apache2.dll into server.
