I was told the average wait time was one minute. Fifteen minutes later I was told there were eight calls ahead of me and would I like to leave my number for a callback. I did so and after two more hours of waiting I called the local Best Buy direct. I was told my laptop would be… Re: ASUS Laptops - my experience Hardware and Software by toneewa Sounds like you got it all squared away. One reason I don't want to ever do a Windows reinstall is the compilers, libraries, and other software configurations. I've done 1 since 2015 for myself, with Windows 10. I also expect since, NAND flash SSDs wear out, it'll happen sooner or later. Only 37% life of drive remaining. Best of luck! Re: What's your favorite productivity hack outside of coding? Community Center by jacobss One of my favorite productivity hacks outside of coding is the Pomodoro Technique. Re: What's your favorite productivity hack outside of coding? Community Center by Reverend Jim Odd that something so basic and obvious needs to be named. Of course, "Pomodoro Technique" is a lot shorter than "go hide in the server room so my boss won't keep interrupting me so I can get some work done" technique. At least that's what I used to call it. Re: What's your favorite productivity hack outside of coding? Community Center by Dani I don’t think there’s a better answer than that. Productivity hack when not coding are none other than breaks from coding. It’s so simple :) Re: What's your favorite productivity hack outside of coding? Thank you for trying though! Re: A reliable way of detecting AI content? Hardware and Software Cloud-based Apps by Dani Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I've used quite a handful of those AI detection APIs to no avail. They also often catch false positives, which is perhaps even more so detrimental to my use case. Re: Htaccess Problem Url Friendly Programming Web Development by Dani I suppose I’m not properly understanding your question. Do you mean when you go to the URL in your browser localhost/mysite/readlex.php?slug=Le-mura-di-Lucca it doesn’t load, but when you go to the rewritten URL it works fine? Re: Htaccess Problem Url Friendly Programming Web Development by Adolfo_1 NO! I meant that URL loads but not friendly I have to put these STATIC URLs inside the text retrieved from the database as I cannot insert php strings.
