I am Chris Crawford, 39 (eeek!) and a mature student studying multimedia computing and web development at Central College Glasgow currently at HND level and perhaps going on to Uni in the autumn. I am retraining after being made redundant after a life as a printer/publisher for about 20 years.
I am getting thoroughly bogged down with scripting at the moment particularly javascript - not that it doesn't work, but that it doesn't work properly in IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera all at the same time. I have tried asking my college tutor but she says that my coding looks okay. Hoping that someone here will be able to assist as javascript is making me doubt I have picked the correct new career!
