Critical System Errors!

i have this in my system tray and can't figure it out i've run a hijackthis but can't see anything strange. nothing in add and remove programs and i don't see anything on start up maybe someone out there can help plz! here's my hijackthis log

Yeah, your hijackthis log looks clean! but the symptom you mentioned sounds very much like a smitfraud infection but not showing in your log.
Try renaming hijackthis.exe, some entries might show up then.
Navigate to the directory where you saved Hijackthis.exe:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.KENMORE\My Documents\New Folder1\HijackThis.exe

Right-click on hijackthis.exe, then select Rename.
Name it something like: some.exe (or whatever you want)
Then double-click some.exe to scan and then post the new logfile.

Still some entries looks missing.
Now it shows that you're running in diagnostic startup mode, you need to make sure that all startup entries are checkmarked when scanning with hijackthis otherwise those entries won't show up in the scan.

Download and run this tool so w can check for smitfraud.
Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Okay Smitfraud file is found in the scan and also detected rustock.

1. You should print out these instructions, or copy them to a NotePad file for reading while in Safe Mode, because you will not be able to connect to the Internet to read from this site.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

• Restart your computer
• After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
• Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
• Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
• Choose your usual account.

Once in Safe Mode, open the SmitfraudFix folder again and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.
You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".
The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process; if it doesn't, please restart it into Normal Windows.
A text file will appear onscreen, with results from the cleaning process; please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
The report can also be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

2. The rustock driver found could also be a false positive, but just incase it's true, run this tool.
Try running rustbfix.exe:
Download
http://www.uploads.ejvindh.net/rustbfix.exe
...and save it to your desktop.
Double click on rustbfix.exe to run the tool. If a Rustock.b-infection is found, you will shortly hereafter be asked to reboot the computer. The reboot will probably take quite a while, and perhaps 2 reboots will be needed. But this will happen automatically. After the reboot 2 logfiles will open (%root%\avenger.txt & %root%\rustbfix\pelog.txt).
Post the content of these logfiles, you could also post HijackThis log so we can see if there other nasties.

ok i have got rid of the critical error msg that kepted comin up but the laptop still seems really laggy when startin up (takes like 10mins to fully load).

Is there any other steps for this or anything i can do to try and speed it up.
