Update on First Computer. I used the windows recovery...no files/programs were deleted.However, when i try to use any of the icons....it says: "C:\Program Files\name of program\name of program.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search...
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
On another computer of mine, when I try to delete objects from the Desktop...which usually goes to the "Recycle Bin"...I get the typical Windows Explorer error & the computer desktop refreshes itself...thanks for all the assistance.
Good day. I used Spybot search & destroy along with AVG to remove several nasties. I was then prompted to reboot my machine. Upon restarting computer, A blue screen comes up saying:
STOP: c0000135{unable to locate component}
This application has failed to start because baservik32 was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I have no clue what happened. Any feedback would be appreciated. I'm using windows XP. I tried "Restart with last known good config"...that never worked. Thank you & have a good day!
