I would pay the ten dollars, if I was a hard core player. With the chance to win money anybody who has an inflated image of their ability would easily pay because they think they would get the money back. 15 dollars isn't that much anyways.

Rugby is a lot more like a war than football is. Football plays only last about 45 seconds and then there is about 40 seconds in between each play. People are not seriously injured a lot anyways. From what I have heard rugby is a lot more intense.

But a conservative is the one who is spending 1.2 trillion dollars on a war in Iraq. True not all Social programs are good, for instance I understand why, and think it was a good business decision, to the Bush veto on the change to SCHIP. It made sense on why he vetoed it. But some programs are good. Also if Bush did not spend so much money, maybe he could have cut taxes even more.
