Titles pretty much tells the problem. Working on a Windows Server 2003 platform and when in safe mode, computer works fine. When I reboot into normal operation mode the Explorer.exe keeps restarting itself. I have tried several spyware searches to include spybot, adaware, and used Norton Antivirus search as well. …
