i didnt make a change to msconfig all i did was exactly what you told me
my comp is running pretty slow is there a way to improve that?

is that a step to remove the virus or is erasing temp folder contents a "worst case scenario"?

i just moved the zip file to C: drive and the same pop up about temp folders appears

trojans wont let me connect to internet

a friend of mine downloaded bearshare fri and with it came a whole army of trojan viruses i scanned my comp with symantec antivirus and there are a bunch of trojans on my comp named verifybug.class, dummy.class, blackbox.class, and i know there have to be more...my problem is the antivirus couldnt delete these files so they are in quarenteen and now my comp will not connect to my LAN...can anyone help????
