Hello, AVG pops up now and then saying "Virus detected, GPSRESL.exe, trojan Dialer.18.c". I have also lost the "appearance tab" from the display properties on the desktop. Also IE links to explicit websites occasionally for no reason. I've run the AVG scan a few times but it doesn't detect anything. …
