Hi all:
I am working with MS Access and developing a form to let user to enter the caller's info into the database. Let say: Bob first time called in and the user entered all his personal information into the database, let say, next day, Bob called again; for time saving the user should not have to enter his personal info again in the database.
Here is what I want to do: when the user click New Rec tab to create a new record for Bob and the new record should have Bob's ID and his personal info automatically appeared on the screen but not all of the info only his ID, first and last name!
Could anyone give me a hand, advice or sample code how to do this?
