Hi Friends..
Please solve my problem,
I want to display values by reading the properties files basing on locale,I known it but my problem without using unicodes,
For example i want to display telugu language,
hello=హెల్లొ:
instead on wrting unicode..(hello=\uc047)i want to read direct telugu language..

Please tell me friends
how to write and display the different language with out using unicode,
atleast tell me friends how to display..
