I am trying to find a scripting language for some simple tasks etc... I tried python - dont like the whitecpace thing. Ruby - just a weird language.

Javascript on the other hand has syntex that I like - C/C++/C#/Java like - and it uses curley braces. But the draw back is that it is more of a web language than a system scritping language, so what other language have more or less these things in it:
1) C++/C#/Java like syntex.
2) Supports OOP or can be just an OOP language.
3) Isn't whitespace sensitve.
