Fill Color in Excel refering on two columns

Hello C++ Programmers;

I would like to know if fill color can be automatic fill up a whole row when in two column have a number 6;

for example:

   A     B  C    D  E   F   G    H  I    J
1 98    132 3   146 6   54  8   210 8   2817
2 98    133 3   146 7   54  6   220 8   2818
3 98    134 3   246 5   301 8   220 8   2819
4 98    222 3   157 6   54  8   120 8   1820
5 98    223 3   146 7   54  8   120 8   1819

Column E and Column G will be the referal;

E1, G2, E4 must be highlighted since Column E and Column G have number 6.

PS: The example was from notepad going to excel, when I open excel fill color must be included to the excel output.
