big prob. in TextPad , black screen not apear

after writing a program in Textpad , i tried to Build using "Build 32-bit MASM"

But the black screen disappeared quickly , and no thing there.

Now, i want to know if ther is any errors .:?:

How can i solve this problem

& please, see if this code correct to let user insert his name ??
