I am preparing for an interview. And I come across the following interview question. That What is Multi-Domaining?

I heard it first time and googled a bit. How ever I didn't get accurate answer for this question? I am concluding it might be typo and other details are getting missed. How ever if any of the community member come across about this topic please share your views.
