i need to write a proposal on it and i dnt kw ow to go about it but i kw i need a mobile fone with the facility to send nd receive mails.the remote pc shud av an email client with an email command parser.d emailclient written in java or .NET.THE shutdown,reboot functions can be executed using the operating system API's. URGENT
