![Feature-Image.jpg](/attachments/large/4/f1bc7679e69543ee8326a41aad44935f.jpg) People spend more time-consuming digital media on mobile devices than on a desktop and this trend will continue. Social networking, listening to music, watching videos and playing games represent the bulk of what people do with their smartphones and tablets. Essentially, it’s about communication and entertainment, two things that help people to cope-up with the level of stress in today’s world. Thus, the consumption of mobile Apps in the present day continues to grow faster due to the increase in the number of smartphone users across the world. I don't think people should be lumping web design with HTML and CSS anymore. Design should be separate from coding. Design is typography, layout, color theory, illustration, digital manipulation, etc. It should really be it's own section and not grouped under web development. Anyway, just saying. =)

What I want to do now is design a search page that will look in the folder that contains these docs and search for docs that match a partial name. I have created search pages for MySQL before - do I have to create a table with file names and links and then do a search of MySQL? TIA, jej1216

Web languages — HTML, CSS and JavaSscript are the best choice for kids and for amateur programmers, because they are very simple, and with them you can create many interesting things: sites, mobile and desktop applications, web servers and robotics — what else an amateur programmer needs for happiness? **Visual programming! ** Visual programming frees programmer from monitoring correctness of syntax program syntax, it is useful at beginning of training. This is the next stage in development of text-based programming languages. **And programming on the touch screen! ** I suggest using the touch screen to create applications. You can create …

Brands today popup and they go. This is because the attention span of the average consumer is far less than it has ever been. It is also because there is so much clutter in the media and digital space, that it is difficult to stand out easily. Big, traditional brands, that we have encountered and used for decades have closed down for various reasons. We are all familiar with Pan Am, Nokia, Enron, all of which have closed down for various reasons. We now know tons of brands in the digital age as well, some of which have grown tremendously …

Hello, For some reason when I click on my simple input box, the input box does not accept focus. Has anyone has a solution fot this? Here is a link to the webpage: http://landbankrealestate.com/en/properties/lote-en-condominio-las-vueltas/ The only way I can enter data into the box is to use tab to highlight it first. I've read a similar problem here in a 9 years old thread (https://www.daniweb.com/digital-media/ui-ux-design/threads/127910/input-box-not-accepting-focus#post2228704) ... but I don't know how can I fix this with my code Here is my code: <div class="agent_contanct_form "> <?php if ( basename(get_page_template())!='contact_page.php') { ?> <h4 id="show_contact"><?php _e('Contact Me', 'wpestate'); ?></h4> <?php }else{ ?> …

I need a function that will create and store usernames and passwords for different students. Their programme should ask the user for their name and age and a username should be created, consisted of their name and age eg. Jack16. They then can make up their own password which then will be stored in an external file using pickle maybe. The programme should then be able to check if the username and password is valid from the external list in a log in section. If they are valid they should be allowed in. I'm sort of stuck on this and …

Hi all, I have to solve a tripple sudoku. The program is supposed to solve the enlarged sudoku. We load 21 rows, each with 9 integers in the range <0.9>. Rows 1-9 (numbered so that the first line is numbered 1, etc.), 7-15 and 13-21 are to create a classic sudoku. We remind you of the classic sudoku rules: * The classic sudoku has a size of 9x9, * Each row of numbers can not repeat itself, * In each column the numbers can not be repeated, * In each of the nine squares 3x3 numbers can not repeat. We …

Recently, I've been writing some sort of thesis. Mostly a study note, for helping me (and others) with architecting a program because all those confusing and complicated concepts. I'd like some peer reviews, because most of the material in the are based on ideas rather than practical experience.

**Introduction** Today we are going to go over the very basics of web design and getting it right. I see a lot of web developers who say they are programmers but not designers (although sometimes I wonder even this.) However, this shouldn't mean you can't get the very basics of design right. UX is a field of its own and it is carefully thought out, designs following a visual hierarchy, typography that is consisent. This all helps to keep users visiting your site and what's more coming back. So pay attention kids, class is in progress! **Typography** OK this is …

Hi, I am developing a mobile app for a health care institution. I'd like to get a suggestion on how to approach my database design. There are many user types of this app; residents, nurse, and general-staff. The "resident" has many information that other types don't have; unit_number, food_allergy, emergency_contact, next_kin_name, next_kin_phone, emergency_doctor, nurse_in_charge, medications. The "nurse" has distinct information than others; working days, shift, patients, qualifications, etc. The "general-staff" has; department identifier (clinic, store location) I have put common attributes in one table ("user_table"), such as; id(pk), name, phone no, date of birth, address. *My question is, how do …
