Hello What methods can I use to detect malicious PHP/Javascript within the pages of my websites in the case they are infected ?

I'm new on this forum and I don't know if I post it at the correct thread or topic but just want to know if my system is infected of virus or is there any software running in my computer that is harmful to my computer. I was attack by win32/sality.AM ones..and I don't know if I completely removed it in my system.please help. heres what HiJack This scanned for me. Hi All, I need some help with one of my sites: SNIP Can you find any foul code/script that could be inserted. I recently opened my site and a competitors site just popped-up. I did several scans but couldn't find anything. Also websecurity isn't really my field of work. Any help would be appreciated.
