i am making a page in which to button is used one is previous and another is next button
i dont know about its code we used.so plz help me about this problem

for example
my database have 1 3 5 8 9 10 12 13 14 15 18 19
and i want to go on click next button then it go from 1 to 3 id then go next then it go 5 id
and when i click on previous button then it go from 5 id to previous to 3 id
and so on...............
