Hi, I was given a task at my work to revamp a static website that our team frequently use. The page is just a repository of all the links, tools and reports we have that we use everyday. The current page looks like this

Im not that good in web layout and design and I just would like to ask for some suggestion on a nice layout that would best fit this type of information that it has. Im thinking of creating a tabbed layout to organize the different information included in the site but any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
