Need help clearing spyware of this machine

This is my first time using the forum. I have been having trouble for months with spyware and pop-ups. Mostly i have gotten around this by using mozilla and renaming .exe files .backup files but the problem is definatly getting out of hand. I have used ad-aware, aboutbuster, spybot-s&d, cwshredder and attempted to use hijackthis in both normal and safe-mode. They always seem to find files but the problem never goes away. In addition i have been unable to uninstall wzcbdl service, search extender, shopping wizard, home search assistant and a toolbar in IExplorer. This computer is somtimes unusable from the barage of stuff that keeps popping up, please help.

Damian, this won't fix all your problems, but it will get you started. (I found this information in this thread: http://www.daniweb.com/techtalkforums/thread9820.html

Download LSPfix from here
On the opening screen, click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox. Check all instances of "lspak.dll" (and nothing else), and move them to the "Remove" pane. Then click Finish.

Then, update hijackthis to version 1.98.2: Run hijackthis & go to *Config\Misc Tools\Check for update on-line*. If the site is down, go here. Remove the old version by deleting the file manually. Unzip the new version into the hijackthis folder. Rescan with hijackthis & post the log.

Download About:buster from http://malwarebytes.biz/AboutBuster.zip and unzip it to your desktop.

Download & instal Adaware from here
& update it before scanning.
In settings under 'scanning,' have it set to
'scan within archives,'
'scan active processes,'
'scan registry,'
'deepscan registry'
'scan my IE Favourites for banned URL's,'
'scan my host's file.'
In 'tweaks' under 'scanning engine' set it to 'unload recognised processes during scanning.'
Also in 'tweaks' under 'cleaning engine' set it to 'Automatically try to unregister objects prior to deletion' & 'let Windows remove files in use at next reboot.'

Click here for instructions on how to boot into safe mode.

In order to view the following files you may have to select 'show hidden files/folders.' Instructions on how to here.

Boot up in safe mode.

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked':

Delete the following manually:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\mcc.exe-file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\winxs32.exe-file
C:\windows\system32\winfmm32.exe-file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msxq.exe-file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\CERTMGR500d.exe-file

Still in safe mode, clear out your Temporary internet files and other temp files.
Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel >Internet Options.
Under the General tab click the Delete temporary internet files,
delete all Offline content as well. Clear out Cookies.

Also, go to Start > Find/search > Files or folders > in the named box, type: *.tmp and choose Edit > select all -> File > delete.

Empty/delete the entire contents of the C:\Windows\temp folder and C:\temp folder, if you have one. (Contents but not the folder itself.)

This one too if Win2K or XP.
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\

Empty the Recycle Bin.

Still in safe mode run About:buster, click OK, Start, and OK again to start the scan. Let it scan and fix everything it finds.

Still in safe mode, do a full system scan with Adaware. When the scan is finished select *next* & place a check in the boxes to the left of what is found & click *next* again. Let it delete those entries.

Reboot your computer in normal mode. Post a new log.

Reboot normally after doing the above then post a fresh log please.

Before manually editing the registry always back it up. On Windows ME and XP creating a Restore Point will do.
Click Start > Run > Type or copy & paste regedit. The registry editor will open.
Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall and delete the offending entry in the right hand pane.

Thanks for taking the time to help me. I download LSPfix and removed
llspak.dll. Then got the new version of hijackthis here is my log. By the way i finally figured out that WZCBDL has to do with the wireless network and it is not something that should be removed

Thank for all the help, i did all the steps you recommended and so far everything seems to be going well, however, search extender, shopping wizard, and home search assistant are still in my add/remove programs menu. Is this normal?

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here

Open Task Manager & end process on the following if running:

apppv32.exe
winzd.exe

Then go to the C:\WINDOWS folder & delete them manually.

Still in safe mode, close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked':

Reboot normally after doing the above then post a fresh log please.

Extract the file to the c:\ drive. Then navigate to the c:\getservices and double-click on the getservices.bat file. A notepad will open up. Please paste the contents of that notepad into this post.
Also a new hijackthis log please.
