Perhaps this forum is not for novices but thought I would give it a try. I have a problem which I have Googled, written to the company about and still no answers.
I am running Vista Home Premium. I've been using BitDefender Internet Security for some time now and suddenly it's informing me of items which can't be scanned because they are password protected. I don't understand this because there have been no changes to my system. But further, I can't access a scan log. When I go to the View Scan Logs, my scans are listed. But when I click on one and then click to Show, there is no log. I also went into C:/Program/BitDefender and the folder labeled Logs is empty.
If there is someone out there who can help me with this I would be very appreciative.
