You Are Fairly Badly Infected :

Please Download ATF-Cleaner (Windows XP, 2K, 2003 & Vista ONLY)
• You can put ATF-Cleaner on your Desktop for easy access.
RUN ATF-Cleaner.exe.

-- Click on ATF-Cleaner to run it
-- Where it says Select Files To Delete, Check the Select All Option
-- Click Empty Selected > OK

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* Make sure all applications including browsers are closed during the scan and you are preferably not in safe mode
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad, Save the Logfile.
* Immediately Reboot he computer

Now Download Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool 2.10, Start it and run a full system Scan...It'll Fix the Infections, Reboot The Computer...

Now Reboot The Computer, Open Cmd (Winkey+R/CMD) and type in :
'cd\' press enter
'notepad C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts'
A notepad window will open up, paste its contents provided its not too big, if its too much data then save as attachment...So Also Paste The Malwarebytes' Log And also a new HJT Log

Ah.. you just beat me to it, crunchie.
In general....that is a legitimate winsock file in the hijackthis report - it is Windows Parental Control service, and in any event Hijackthis should NOT be used to modify the contents of winsock.

can you tell me what winsock is? i just did the atf thingy, now im doing a malwarebytes and then ill do the windows vista tool thingy, then upload a hjt log, thanks for helping me guys, ill never watch porn EVER again lmao

ok here is the notepad file.

so it deleted alot of bad viruses and what not, i couldnt use the vista tool you gave me cause it said i need to check if i have a correct version, dunno why

How many times did you run MBA-M? It's logfile does not reflect what is missing from hijackthis compared to the initial log.
Did you take no action (as the log says) or did you post the wrong log?

The hijackthis log is clean. An important instruction for MBAM:
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
And restart the machine if requested.
The Vista tool rquires that you allow M$ to validate your OS first.. they don't wish to help people running pirated copies.... that is all.
Is there still a problem?

there is one problem, the vista tool wont let me use it, saying i need a verified copy which mine is, from best buy 1yr old. :/

MBAM doesnt remove everything, but i do make sure everything is clicked and removed all.

but superantispyware got rid of alot, ill run another scan to see if everything is ok

MBAM doesnt remove everything, but i do make sure everything is clicked and removed all.

If that is the case, we need to have that information if we are to help you.

How many times have you run it? If more than once, where is the log from the first run?

the first log got saved over it, i am running a full scan, and so far it hasnt picked up one virus, im amazed, if i find anything out ill update you guys, thanks for helping..
