Can't get rid of this BACKDOOR (playing music)

I have symantec and it told me I have a backdoor but it won't delete it for me. My computer is playing music at random times. It starts and stops. It freezes sometimes. I need HELP!!!

Then click the Empty Selected button.

Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All

Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

Well, your hijackthis log looks clean. Are you still having problems?

Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on the Software icon > add/remove programs.
Search in the list for all previous installed versions of Java. (J2SE Runtime Environment.... )
Select it and click Remove.
Then Download and install the newest version from here:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
