I keep getting page load error and jar file not found when trying to open web pages. If i refresh the browser enough the page will finally load. I am getting this on the computer I use all the time and also on one that gets used maybe one a month and has virus protection software on it. Also programs like utorrent and bittorrent still download while the browser says there is no internet connection.

Do you have the ask toolbar installed? If so uninstall it. You have to close the browsers and stop other activity to do this. Look in Add/Remove and see if it is there. If it is not found there then do a search...Start, Search, Files and Folders and search for ask*.*
Delete all found.
