HELP! Hijacked with about blank adware and tried almost everything

Tried some of the previous fixes for about blank adware / malware with no luck. My "ewido" keeps pulling C:\WINDOWS\System32\hp100.tmp as Malware infected with Downloader. but never seems to really fix it.

Below is my latest scan - any help would be greatly appreciated as too many hrs invested already with no success.
