In Desperate Need of Help with hijack this log file; computer full of spyware

My computer has been infected with spyware of all sorts in the past month - homepage hijacks, dialers, pretty much everything. I've used a few programs to help get rid of them, but there still seems to be several problems. My printer port doesn't work since the lastest bout with spyware, and my only other hope is burning all my important files onto CD them reformatting the drive. Any help with my hijack this log file would be GREATLY appreciated. I really don't want anything that is not necessary. Thanks alot.

Please Download CWShredder from HERE and run the Program in safe mode . Press the "Fix Button" Let it fix all variants. Next, Close the program and all windows and IE windows and run hijackthis and Post a Fresh log.

Please put the hijackthis .exe in a folder of its own ,[for it makes backups of what it fixes just in case !!],not just sitting on the drive .

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes

Ok, I got rid of everything that you listed and rebooted. Let me knew how this looks and if there is anything else I should do. Thanks a ton.

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

With the above R3, you won't be able to delete it because of the underscore at the beginning. Try the following instead:

Launch Notepad, and copy/paste the bold below into a new text file. Save it as URLRepair.reg (Change the 'Save As Type' to 'All Files'). Save it in C:\

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks]

Locate it (in C:\) and double-click on it (launch it). You'll recieve a prompt similar to: "Do you wish to merge the information into the registry?". Answer yes and wait for a message to appear similar to "Merged Successfully".

Scan with HJT again & see if it has gone. If not, do the following:

Download Registrar Lite from here:
http://www.resplendence.com/download/reglite.exe

Put it in its own folder. You may want to keep this program. It is an excellent free, registry editor.

Copy and paste the follow text into the address bar, then hit 'Go':
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks

In the pane on the right are the values associated with that key.
We want to remove this one>
_{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}
Notice the underscore at the start.

Right click on it and select delete.
If you get a confirmation question, respond OK then close out of the program.
That should have got it.
