so i downloaded a small video file, left the room, and when i came back 18,000 windows were open and all hell had broken loose. i ran ccleaner, bitdefender, and the windows check for error option in c drive properties but when i try to install hijackthis, spywareblaster, or avg it tells me that i dont have enough memory and to close programs.
the only thing is ive closed all the processes i can and no programs are running in the background. i was able to uninstall all the programs the virus gave me (bitdefender deleted a lot of files infected with trojan and deep screen) except for one called command b/c it requires me to download and run the uninstaller, which like i said my computer wont let me.
someone mentioned something about seeing why my all my ram was cached but i dont know how to do that and am basically seeking any help you guys might be able to give me.
