There no such thing about best browser for SEO but you should try to check your website on every browser to see whether your website is user friendly on every browser. And I basically use Chrome because its my favourite
Keyword stuffing is against google policy. The content should be user friendly and we should try to keep the keyword density 1% to 2%.
