Can anyone provide me simplest code for Dynamic comboboxes

I want to use dynamic combobox in ASP using Dreamweaver MX 2004 so that when i select data from one combobox, next combobox should generate data related to data from first combobox and so on.
If possible at first the second box should remain disabled.

How can this be done??
I know a method but its too lenghty?
can anyone provide me with a simple code...

Problem in setting text extracted from database in Textarea in ASP

When i try to extract the data from a datbase and display it in text area i get the following error message inside the text box:
