I tried to shut down via the Start> Shut Down> Shut Down and nothing happened. I can't open any shortcuts (they get sort of greyed out), I had to open Firefox by entering google.com in the "My Documents" folder's address bar. And can't open the anti-virus (avast!). I think it …
