I've got a problem. Windows Explorer no longer opens. Also, some of my desktop folders won't open, and others (including MY Computer) won't close once they're open. I've done a virus scan with Norton, and have used both Spybot and Ad-Aware. I used HijackThis, but I don't know what's safe …
