all I get when I start my computer is the wallpaper pic and error missing C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHLWAPI.DLL THEN IT SAYS ERROR LOADING EXPLORER.EXE MUST REINSTALL WINDOWS IT WON'T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT SHOW THESE 2 ERROR MESSAGES
