Hey, newbie providing help, this probably isn't the format but I just experienced this problem. run -> REGEDIT navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies There should be two entries each with the value of "1." Set to "0."
