I'm having problems with my HP Pavillion laptop DV 2500,as I attempted to reformat it using recovery disc ordered from HP.Needless to say after waiting three hrs. for the full recovery,the recovery attempt failed.Can someone tell me what to do now,as my laptop is in an unusable state.
