Google "pre-employment testing" and you can find good number of pre-employment testing providers like shl, brainbench etc. But NvnTest is most suited in your case as it provides environment to write SQL queries, C, C# programmers and test it. It appears to be better solution to recruit programmers.

1. Take a look at MSDN here 2. If you are OK with commercial software, I suggest you to try Nvn Installer . You can use C# application as external UI for your MSI package. It provides lot other features than just installation. 3. Sharp Setup also looks useful.

I recommend you NvnInstaller.MsiDotNet library. It comes with Nvn Installer. Using that library you can use Windows application (even WPF application) as installation UI. So you can easily place animations and lot of customization is possible as you are coding in C#.

I suggest Nvn Installer. Create a windows application using NvnInstaller.MsiDotNet library and that library controls whole installation process. So you can create good looking windows application as your installer UI. Use WPF, 3rd party libraries to make it look even better.

You can use well know installer application like Install Shield to create good installation packages. May be you can also try NvnInstaller.MsiDotNet library which is shipped with Nvn Installer. Just create a .Net application using that library and that library control whole installation process. I hope this is useful.
