Trojan Dialer problem

Hi - my computer seem to be infected with some sort of trojan dialer virus. AVG pop ups tell me the problem is either in C\Windows\Temp or C\Documents and settings\user\local settings\temporary internet files\content.IE5. I tried following the directory and deleting the offending files such as win13tmp.exe but they keep reappearing. …
