I plan to implement college management system for my academic project.

So Please help me regarding design work(ER Diagrams, UML Diagram) Which one is better understanding and what are the books need to refer.

All applicants must submit a portfolio consisting of 8 to 12 pieces of work including, but not limited to, drawings, paintings, photographs, digital media, or design.And they strongly discourage doing portfolio on your major only.For eg.
