I didn't find any place to search to see if my question has been asked already. I am a student taking MS Access 2007. I created a report in layout view. I need to use conditional formatting but it is grayed out.Can some help me so I can use conditional formatting?

Open your report in DESIGN mode, click on the field you want the conditional formatting applied to, then click on the conditional formatting icon.
