Date() function does not return current date

Hi,

This is a from that take comment from the user.
Everytime a user open this form, currentDate and Time will be generated although the user does not put comment in it.

Today's date = 18/10/2010
earlier, when this user open this form, the date is still "18/10/2010"
But, in the afternoon, the date suddenly changes to "28/10/2010"
I have checked the PC, the date is still at "18/10/2010"
And this problem is not the first time. This problem occur sometimes.

I only put "=Date()" in the TextBox in order for the date to be generated.

Anyone know why does it happen?
